BBC sees Border Force take migrants to Dover from Channel


The BBC ‘s Tom Symonds witnessed a UK Border Force ship bring migrants to Dover, after picking them up in the English Channel.

The coastguard told the BBC that it co-ordinated the response to multiple incidents involving small boats in the Channel.

The boat arrived while PM Sir Keir Starmer met with French President Emmanuel Macron to finalise a migrant return plan.
