Moment house swept down river in New Mexico flash flooding


The National Weather Service (NWS) has declared a flash flood emergency in Ruidoso, New Mexico, on Tuesday, 8 July, urging residents to seek higher ground immediately. Video shows a home being swept down a fast-moving flood wave, where river waters have risen 15 feet (4.5m), according to the NWS.
